Brill's Point of View Regarding "How We Help Our Classmates To Improve Their English"

In my opinion there is a good method about improving our friends' English. That method is by always using English every time we talk. There is a proverb in Indonesia that goes “kita bisa karena terbiasa” or in English it could be translated like we could do something if we are used to it. If we keep using English every time we talk, it will help our friend even also our self to learn English more. We as a friend must help our friends to understand English because when our friends don’t understand English, they most likely won't understand what the lecturer is talking about. If they don’t understand what the lecturer is talking about, they will not have a good score in the class. There is also some way to improve our friends' English. First is to find a native speaker and talk with them. In our dormitory there are some foreigner, we can try our English skill by converse with them and/or sometimes ask them to teach us about English. Or you can try to listen to English music, by listening to English music it will help you to learn about how to say the words or to help you in pronunciation. We can also watch English movie, we are allowed to used subtitle at first but after a while doing that we probably don’t need the subtitle anymore. And if we can do that we can have our self understanding English better than before.
